Human Leadership begins with the human being.
H24 – The Four Hearts of Human Leadership introduces a new way of understanding ourselves, relating to others and leading our lives. At its heart is a simple principle: before learning how to lead others, we must learn to understand and lead ourselves.
Through the Four Hearts, Free, Authentic, Vivid and Wise, and the H24 Human Leadership Matrix, the book invites us to recognise the beliefs and conditioning that limit our perception, rediscover our inner freedom and develop a more conscious, authentic and human way of being.
H24 is more than a book about leadership. It is a pathway towards greater coherence between what we feel, think, say and do, enabling us to live, relate and lead with greater freedom, responsibility and humanity.
Coaching Leaders
Leadership begins with the person, not the position.
True leadership development is not simply about acquiring new skills or improving performance. It begins with a deeper understanding of who we are, how we perceive the world, how we relate to others and how our beliefs and behaviours influence our choices.
My approach to coaching places the human being at the centre of this journey. Through reflection, meaningful conversations and greater self-awareness, I help individuals explore their inner resources, recognise limiting patterns and develop greater coherence between what they feel, think, say and do.
The purpose is not to teach people who they should become, but to help them discover who they truly are, and lead from that place.
– Professional Experience and Academic Background
I bring together 25 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience with more than 14 years dedicated to leadership development, executive coaching and behavioural training, having worked with over 400 individuals and delivered approximately 7,000 hours of coaching and training.
My academic background includes a degree in Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), postgraduate studies in Management at NOVA University Lisbon and Marketing at ISEG, and the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.

My approach to executive training is grounded in Human Leadership and experiential learning. Through practical exercises, group dynamics, meaningful conversations and reflection, participants are invited to explore their behaviours, challenge established patterns and discover new ways of leading, communicating and collaborating.
Training becomes transformative when learning goes beyond intellectual understanding and becomes a lived experience. The objective is not merely to change what people know, but to expand their awareness, strengthen their relationships and enable lasting behavioural change.
