Manuel Pelágio is a Leadership Trainer, Leadership Coach and Leadership Speaker with a career built on extensive executive experience and a deep commitment to human and leadership development.
After 25 years in executive and entrepreneurial roles, he has dedicated the last 15 years to leadership, training, coaching, and personal development, working with individuals, teams, and organisations to strengthen self-awareness, communication, relationships, and leadership effectiveness.
His academic background includes a degree in Business Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, executive management studies at NOVA University Lisbon, postgraduate studies in Marketing at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management, and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, in Boston, USA.
Combining business experience, academic preparation and many years of work with people and organisations, his approach to leadership goes beyond management techniques, placing the human being at the centre of personal, professional and organisational development.
