Opening minds and expanding horizons are my major goals as a speaker.

When I was young, I was very sure of my world and had fierce certainties. Throughout the years, I came across interesting outer worlds and realized that there are no certainties in life. Thus, at present, I constantly seek experiences to enrich my world and look for the uncertainties behind the greatest truths of life and organizations.

Life has taught me that it is easier to work and live by looking at things from different points of view. In my work as a teacher and researcher of new facts, I watch the explosion of different subjects into sub-subjects and so on.

 The depth of what we think is real is one of the greatest illusions of the human condition. That is why I dedicate myself to rethinking almost everything. I have a lot of questions about everything they say is right. What I like most about my “work” is that I don’t love certainties anymore, but uncertainties. There are always countless views on the “truth” and there is always someone with the “untruth”. 

As a speaker, I explore some fundamental lines of human experience. Life in Life and life in Organizations. How to work and live better, how to exploit the best in each employee, how to create meaning and purpose for organizations through resonant and positive leadership, how to create spaces of productivity and satisfaction by generating creative and positive spaces. 

We all spend a lot of time in organizations. Today, companies are the spaces where there is the greatest potential to develop employees’ satisfaction in living and working. Professionally, my motto is to inspire Executives to work and live better. Delivering thought-provoking and disruptive communications within organizations is one of the ways of achieving that.  As a speaker, it is in organizations that I dare most to explore new ways and ideas.
